Rational Utilization and Thrift of the Resources of Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对高职院校人力、物力资源使用现状和使用效率进行调查,分析资源使用效率低下的主要原因,提出提高资源利用效率的对策。高职院校必须形成规模,努力打造专业优势,培育专业特色,这是提高办学水平、增强办学实力的有效途径。

This paper makes an investigation to the current situation and service efficiency of manpower and material resources in higher vocational colleges, analyses main causes of low resource availability, brings forward the countermeasure raising the efficiency of utilizing the resources. It presents the notion that higher vocational college must form scale, construct its own advantages, cultivate its characteristics. That is the effective approach of raising the level and strength inrunning a school.
