摘要
综述了高分子PTC材料近三十年来的进展,就材料各种电学现象、机理、影响因素及应用情况进行了讨论,并对材料存在的问题及发展方向提出了看法.
In this paper, we reviewed the mechanisms of PTC (positive temperature coefficient)/ NTC (negative temperature coefficient) effects and the relationships between the electrical properties, such asρr,PTC intensity, NTC effect and the stability of ρr etc,and the structure of polymer PTC materials and development of PTC devices.
