摘要
通过酯交换法,以甲醇和碳酸丙烯酯(PC)为原料,反应精馏合成碳酸二甲酯,筛选出最佳催化剂,确定了其用量,考察了原料配比等对反应转化率的影响。研究结果表明:催化剂CHS—1和CHS—2催化效果较好,其较佳用量为0.4%~0.5%(相对于甲醇的质量),甲醇与PC的质量比为8~10,反应停留时间为40~60min。本文报道的酯交换工艺具有一定的工业应用价值。
imethyl carbonate has been synthesized by transesterification of methanol with propylene carbonate using CHS—1 and CHS—2 as catalysts.The effect of amount of catalyst and weight ratios of methanol to propylene carbonate et al.on the yield of transesterification have been studied.The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions are:the amount of catalyst 0.4%~0.5%,weight ratio of methanol to propylene carbonate 8~10 and reaction time 40~60 minutes.This process of transesterification by reactive distillation is of value in industrial production.
