AC型膜包络体的制备及控释规律研究

AC Type Membrane Coated Unit and Its Controlled Release Character

研制开发了新型的吸水树脂——醋酸纤维素膜包络体（ＡＣ型膜包络体），分别制备了氯化钾、硫酸钾、磷酸氢二铵、烟草专用肥４种核心物质的ＡＣ型膜包络体系，并进行了控制释放实验。实验结果表明，ＡＣ型膜包络体具有良好的控制释放性能，并且可通过调节涂膜次数和涂膜液中吸水树脂含量来满足不同的控制释放要求。

 new AC type membranecoated unit was prepared. The coating solution composition and the number of layers of the membrane were changed to prepare different kinds of AC type controlled release unit, then controlled release experiments were carried out and theoretical analysis was made. It is proved that AC type membranecoated unit has a good controlled release character and its controlled release character may be adjusted by the content of ARW in the coating solution and the number of membrane layers.
