摘要 放射性脑损伤是颅内肿瘤放射治疗后的常见并发症,近年来^1H-MRS在放射性脑损伤的早期诊断及与肿瘤复发鉴别方面的研究发展迅速。就放射性脑损伤的发病机制、^1H-MRS研究进展及存在的问题予以综述。
