胸腺上皮肿瘤的影像学研究进展 被引量：6

The imaging progress of thymic epithelial tumors

摘要 胸腺上皮肿瘤是前纵隔最常见的肿瘤,生物学行为复杂。临床-病理分期和组织学分型是制定治疗方案及提示其预后的重要因素。CT、MRI和PET/CT可以准确判断肿瘤分期,MRI还可显示肿瘤内部低信号分隔,但对钙化和肺内受侵显示不如CT。PET/CT根据FDG吸收水平可对肿瘤的良恶性以及侵袭性高低做出判断,且诊断纵隔淋巴结转移的敏感度和特异度高于前两者。CT、MRI和PET/CT对于判断胸腺上皮肿瘤亚型的意义尚未达成一致性结论。
