Application of ^1H-MRS in osteoporosis study

摘要 社会老年化结构的形成使得骨质疏松引发的骨折成为一个严重的社会问题,随着诊断手段的日益增多,更早更好地评价骨质情况,预防骨质疏松引发的骨折已成为目前研究的重点。1H-MRS可通过对骨髓性质的评估来研究骨质的情况,探讨脂肪分数能否如骨密度一样可作为评价骨质疏松的可靠指标以及两者的关系。就1H-MRS在骨质疏松研究中的应用现状进行综述。
