摘要
[目的]为叶黄素酯的工业化生产提供科学依据。[方法]以万寿菊为材料,研究不同溶剂(乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醚、石油醚)、料液比(g/ml)(1∶5、1∶10、1∶15)、万寿菊粒度(20、40、60、80目)和浸提时间对叶黄素酯提取率的影响。[结果]乙醚的提取效果最好,其次为乙酸乙酯和石油醚,乙醇的提取效果最差 当万寿菊粒度≤60目时,叶黄素酯的提取率随粒度的减小而增加,当粒度为80目时,提取率下降 在20~60 min内,叶黄素酯的提取率随提取时间的延长而增加,在60~80 min内,提取率随提取时间的延长增加缓慢,在80~240min内,提取率随提取时间的延长而下降。[结论]万寿菊中叶黄素酯的最佳提取工艺为:乙醚为提取剂,万寿菊粒度60目,料液比1∶5,提取时间60 min。
[Objective] The aim was to provide the scientific basis for the industrial production of lutein ester.[Method] With marigold as the material,the effects of different solvent(ethanol,ethyl acetate,acetone,ether,petroleum ether),solid-liquid ratio(1∶5,1∶10,1∶15),marigold particle size(20,40,60,80 mesh) and extraction time on the extraction rate of lutein ester were studied.[Result] The extraction effect of ether was the best,and the following were those of ethyl acetate and petroleum ether,and that of ethanol was the worst. When the particle size of marigold ≤60 mesh, the extraction rate of marigold was increased with the redction of particle size. When the particle size was 80 mesh, the extraction rate was decreased. In 20 - 60 rain, the extraction rate of lutein ester was increased with the delay of extraction time. In 60 - 80 min, the extraction rate of lutein ester inereased slowly with the delay of extraction time. In 80 - 240 min, the extraction rate of lutein ester was decreased with the delay of extraction time. [Conclusion] The optimum extraction process of lutein ester from marigold was that ether was used as the extractant, marigold particle size of 60 mesh, solid-liquid ratio of 1:5 and extraction time of 60 min.
