B-Z振荡反应在VitB_1含量测定中的应用

Application of B-Z Oscillating Reaction in Determination on Content of VitB_1

应用B-Z振荡反应测定VitB1的含量,并研究不同浓度VitB1对该振荡体系的影响。结果表明,在0.0007~0.0015 mol/L范围内,VitB1浓度C与B-Z振荡体系的周期改变值Δtp呈良好的线性关系。B-Z振荡体系用于测定VitB1含量具有选择性、重复性好和灵敏度高等优点。

Utilize B-Z oscillating reaction was used to measure the content of VitB1,and the effects of VitB1 with different concn.on the oscillation system were studied.The results showed in 0.000 7-0.001 5 mol/L,the concn.of VitB1 C and cycle change value Δtp of B-Z oscillation system had good linear relationship.Using B-Z oscillation system to determine the content of VitB1 had good selectivity and repeatability with high sensitivity.
