摘要
[目的]研究宋果灵羟基酰化后对其活性和毒性的影响。[方法]宋果灵经过乙酰化、丙酰化得到相应的宋果灵酯化产物。[结果]所得化合物对苜蓿蚜均具有一定杀虫活性。化合物结构经MS、1HNMR和13CNMR确认。[结论]该试验可为植物源高杀虫活性化合物的筛选提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of hydroxyl acylation on its activity and toxicity.[Method] The corresponding esterifying products from Aconitum carmichaeli were obtained after acetylation and propionyl.[Result] The obtained compounds had certain insecticidal activity to alfalfa aphids. The structure of the compounds were confirmed by MS、1HNMR and 13CNMR.[Conclusion] The test provided reference for screening the botanical compounds with high insecticidal activity.
