摘要
[目的]探索增施铁肥提高小麦抗盐能力的方法。[方法]对小麦幼苗增施5倍和10倍Fe肥,分析增施Fe肥对小麦生长和光合能力的影响。[结果]在相同NaCl浓度条件下,Fe元素加倍能显著提高小麦的整株鲜重,叶片的光合色素含量显著高于对照,叶片PSⅡ光化学活性也明显提高,但在无NaCl条件下,增施铁肥对小麦有害。[结论]研究结果显示增施铁肥可以提高小麦的抗盐能力。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the method of enhancing the salt-tolerance of wheat by adding Fe fertilizer.[Method] Wheat seedlings were treated with 5 times and 10 times of Fe fertilizer to analyze the effects of adding Fe fertilizer on the growth and photosynthesis of wheat.[Result] Under the same NaCl concentration conditions,the whole plant fresh weight of wheat treated with 5 times and 10 times of Fe fertilizer could be significantly enhanced.And the chlorophyll content in the leaves was significantly higher than that of control and PSH photochemical activity in the leaves was also obviously increased. However, adding Fe fertilizer was deleterious to wheat plant without NaCl.
