摘要 [目的]探讨蛋白激发子产生菌链格孢菌的基本生物学特性。[方法]研究不同温度、湿度、pH值、碳源及氮源对该菌菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发的影响。[结果]该菌菌丝生长最适温度28℃,最适pH值7~8 孢子萌发的最适温度28℃,最适相对湿度98%,最适pH值7~8。葡萄糖为最适碳源,最适氮源为蛋白胨,硫酸胺和氯化胺等会抑制菌丝生长。[结论]中温高湿环境利于链格孢菌的生长及孢子萌发,不同营养条件对该菌菌丝生长有显著影响。 [Objective ] The research aimed to study the biological characteristics of a kind of protein activator producing fungus Alternaria tenuissima.[Method] The effects of different temperature,humidity,pH value,carbon source and nitrogen source on the mycelial growth and conidium germination of A.tenuissima were studied.[Result] The optimal temperature for the mycelial growth of A.tenuissima was 28 ℃ and the optimal pH was 7-8.The optimal temperature for the conidium germination was 28 ℃, the optimal humidity was 98 % and the optimal pH value was 7 - 8. The optimal carbon source was glucose and the optimal nitrogen source was peptone. (NH4)2SO4 and NH4Cl would inhibit the mycelial growth. [ Conclusion] Moderate temperature and high humidity environments were favorable for the myceliat growth and conidium germination of A. tenuissima. Different nutrition conditions 'had significant effects on the mycelial growth of A. tenuissima.
