摘要
[目的]为阐明大豆疫霉中Myb类转录因子的作用机理提供科学依据。[方法]以从大豆疫霉基因组数据库中筛选的大豆疫霉Myb类转录因子为研究对象,分析其在大豆疫霉中的分布特点和4个重要值较大的Myb因子在大豆疫霉与寄主互作过程中的转录模式,并对Myb因子进行聚类。[结果]大豆疫霉基因组中含50个Myb,其在基因组中的分布不均;50个Myb因子可聚为6类(A、B、C、D、E、F),其中聚类组E中Myb因子最多,占总数的40%,聚类组B中Myb因子最少,只有4个;Myb因子在疫霉菌丝数据库中出现的频率最高(0.44%),在侵染数据库中出现的频率最低(0.26%);4个Myb因子在疫霉侵染寄主过程中均有转录。[结论]该研究为明确大豆疫霉Myb的生理功能及其在疫霉致病过程中的作用提供了参考。
[Objective] The study was to provide the scientific basis for illustrating the action mechanism of Myb transcription factors in Phytophthora sojae. [Method] With Myb transcription factors in P.sojae screened from the phytophthora genome database as the research objects,their distribution characteristics in P.sojae and the transcription model of 4 Myb factors with bigger important value during the interaction process of P.sojae with host were analyzed,and the Myb factors were clustered.[Result] The genome of P. sojae contained 50 Myb factors which distribution were not uniform. 50 Myb factors could be chstemd into 6 groups (A, B, C, D, E, F). And the Myb factors in group E were the most, accounting for 40% of the total, while that in group B was the least (only 4). Myb factors had the highest frequency (0.44%) in Phytophthora capsic database, while had the lowest frequency (0.26%) in inflection database. 4 Myb factor were all transplanted in process of the inflection of Phywtduhom on host. [ Conclusion] The research provided the reference for understanding the physiological function of Myb and its function in pathogenic process of P. sojae.
