摘要
[目的]探讨石榴嫩枝扦插育苗技术。[方法]将石榴嫩枝的插穗用配成0、50、100、200、300 mg/kg浓度的ABT生根粉和50、100mg/kg的旱地龙分别浸泡5和10 min后扦插在全光照育苗盘,观察石榴嫩枝扦插生根率与生根粉类型、浓度及浸泡时间的关系。[结果]结果表明,对于ABT生根粉,用100 mg/kg浸泡10 min和用50 mg/kg浸泡20 min生根率最大;对于旱地龙,用100 mg/kg浸泡10和20 min生根率均最大,而ABT生根粉的根率生优于旱地龙。[结论]生根粉对石榴插穗成活生根有促进作用。
[Objective]The cutting technique of Punica granatum Linn softwood was researched in the experiment.[Method] In the experiment,the cuttage of Punica granatum Linn softwood were soaked with the ABT rooting agent with the concentration of 0,50,100,200 and 300 mg/kg and Handilong with the concentration of 50 and 100 mg/kg for 10 and 20 minutes,respectively,and then,grown in seedlingraising pod under full time of lighting.The relation between the rooting rate,the concentration of rooting agent, soaking time was observed, respectively. [Result] The result indicated that the rooting rate of Purica granatum Linn softwood treated with 100 mg/kg of ABT for 10 min and 50 mg/kg of ABT for 20 min was the highest. The rooting rate of Ptmica granaatm Lima softwoed treated with 1130 mg/kg of Handilong for 10 min or 20 min was the highest. The rooting rate of Punica granatum Linn softwood treated with .ABT was hetter than that of Handilong. [Conclusion] The rooting powder could accelerate the process of Punica granatum Linn rooting.
