摘要
[目的]为绿篱植物探索一条节约型的化学修剪新途径。[方法]采用不同浓度的多效唑对金叶女贞进行处理。用单因素完全随机试验设计,研究其对金叶女贞矮化效应和抗病性等方面的影响。[结果]综合矮化效应、植物学性状、抗病性等指标,以使用浓度750倍液的15%多效唑,喷施3次为宜。[结论]金叶女贞喷施一定浓度多效唑可以代替人工修剪整形,并可有效防治病害。
[Objective] The research aimed to seek a new economical way of chemical pruning for hedge plants.[Method] By using single sample experiment with randomized block design,different concentrations of paclobutrazo was used for treating Ligustrum vicariyi leaves to study the effects on the dwarfing effect and disease resistance of Ligustrum vicaryi. [Result] Through the comprehensive comparison of indices,such as the dwarfing effect,the botanical character and the disease resistance, it will be appropriate that sprayed with the optimum concentration of 15% paclobutrazo of 750 times liquid for three times. [Conclusion] Artificial pruning can be replaced by spaying paclobutrazo on Ligutrum vicaryi, and it can prevent effectually diseases.
