摘要
[目的]为使用中草药防治奶牛乳房炎提供理论依据。[方法]采集52头奶牛的260份乳样,用乳腺炎诊断液(SMT)诊断奶牛乳房炎,并从奶样中分离鉴定出乳房炎病原菌;在此基础上,选取4株肠杆菌2、株链球菌和3株葡萄球菌进行中药及其复方的抑菌试验,根据最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)评价中药的体外抗菌活性。[结果]从260份乳样中共分离出176株细菌,其中葡萄球菌71株,占总数的40.34%,肠杆菌62株,占总数的35.23%,链球菌25株,占总数的14.21%,这3个细菌是奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌;75.57%的乳房炎由2种以上细菌混合感染所致。[结论]奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌对单味中药产生了不同程度的耐药性,而中药复方的抑菌效果较好。
[Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for preventing cow mastitis with Chinese herbal medicine.[Method] 260 milk samples of 52 cows were collected.Using mastitis test solution(JMT) to diagnose cow mastitis and the pathogen of mastitis was isolated and identified from milk examples.On the basis of it,4 strains of enteric bacilli,2 strains of streptococcus and 3 strains of staphylococcus were selected for bacteriostatic test with Chinese herbal medicine and their compound.According to the mininal inhibitory concentration (MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC), the antibacterial activity of Chinese herbal medicine in vitro was evaluated. [Result] From 260 milk samples, 176 bacteria strains were isolated, tunong which, the staphylococcus, enteric bacilli and the streptococcus were 71, 62 and25 strains resp. and they accounted for 40.34%, 35.23% and 14.21% of the total resp.The 3 kinds of bacteria were the main pathogen of cow mastitis. And 75.57% mastiffs was inflected by more than 2 kinds of bacteria. [Conclusion] The main pathogen of cow mastitis had different drug resistance to single Chinese herbal medicine, but the antibacterial effect of conpound of Chinese herbal medicine was better.
