摘要 [目的]为高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(HP-PRRS)的预防和治疗提供理论依据。[方法]应用免疫组化与H.E.染色对高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(HP-PRRSV)自然感染病例进行抗原定位和病理组织学观察。[结果]病毒抗原主要存在于上皮组织细胞,也存在于巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞和脑神经细胞等组织细胞中。[结论]HP-PRRSV毒株在自然感染病例中的细胞嗜性和组织嗜性有不同于以往毒株的特点。 [Objective] The aim of this study was to provide reference for the prevention and control of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(HP-PRRS).[Method] Antigen location and histopathological changes were observed in swine naturally infected highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(HP-PRRSV) through immunohistochemistry and H.E.staining.[Result] The virus antigen mainly existed in epithelial cells,as well as macrophages,lymphocytes and cranial nerve cells. [ Conclusion ] HP-PRRSV in the naturaUy infected cases may have different behavior with the previous viruses in cell tropism and tissue tropism.
