南京市郊区失地农民保障问题思考

Thought on the Social Security Problem of Land-lost Farmers in Suburbs of Nanjing

近年来,随着工业化、城市化进程的加快,城市郊区首当其冲成为发展的战略要地。城市郊区失地农民不仅失去土地,也失去了基本的生产、生活和就业保障。分析了征地保障现行办法存在的问题,提出了构建新型的失地农民保障体系以及实现与现行保障良性对接的建议。

In recent years,the suburbs of city become the first strategic areas with the quickening of industrialization and urbanization process.The land-lost farmers in the suburbs not only lost their land,but they also lost the basic production,life and job security.The existing problems in current method of land expropriation guarantee were analyzed. And some suggestions for constructing a new land-lost farmer security system and realizing the good connection with current guarantee were put forward.
