摘要
为了解牦牛隐孢子虫的感染情况,作者对上海动物园的6份成年牦牛粪便样品和来自青海的396份犊牦牛粪便样品进行隐孢子虫卵囊的检查。饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法检测隐孢子虫卵囊。402份样品中,42份阳性,感染率为10.4%。采用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法检测:感染率为3.2%(13/402);应用改良抗酸染色法检测:感染率为10.4%(42/402)。成年牦牛无感染,而犊牦牛的感染率为10.6%(42/396)。调查发现犊牦牛感染隐孢子虫的较严重,成年牛均阴性。
For understanding the condition of Cryptosporidium infection in yak, the stool samples of 6 adult yaks in the Zoological Garden of Shanghai and 396 young yaks from the yak farm in Qinghai province were collected to examine the presence of Cryptosporidium by the flotation technique with saturated sucrose solution and the modified acid-fast staining. In these 402 stool samples of yaks, oocysts of Cryptosporidium could be detected in 42 samples with a total positive detection rate of 10.4% ;while those detected by flotation technique with saturated sucrose solution and modified acid-fast staining were 3.2% (13/402) and 10.4% (42/402) respectively. However, no Cryptosporidium oocysts could be detected in the stool samples of adult yaks, while the positive of detection in minority yaks was 10.6% (42/396). From this investigation, it is evident that the infection of Cryptosporidium in minority yaks of Qinghai province is quite serious.
