简述国内外汽车车身用中涂漆和面漆的水性化趋势、施工技术及其设备特点。着重介绍水性中涂漆和面漆的喷漆室温湿度要求、不同喷涂工艺排布、循环供漆系统的设计要求以及水循环系统的处理方法。
The development trend of water borne primer surfacer and top finish for car body at home and abroad has been reviewed. This article is focused on the discussion of requirement for the temperature and humidity of spray room for water borne primer surfacer and top finish,various arrangement of spray technology, design requirement for recycle paint supply system and the treatment approach of recycle water system.
