湘西地区山羊多头蚴感染调查与种类鉴定 被引量:7

摘要 运用触诊法与完全剖检法调查了湘西地区6个羊场多头蚴的感染情况,并应用PCR技术扩增湘西山羊体内分离的绦虫蚴头节线粒体Cox1基因部分序列,以确定湘西山羊多头蚴的感染情况及其种类。湘西地区6个羊场(吉首矮寨,吉首己略,永顺王村,古丈,保靖普绒和保靖拔茅)的多头蚴感染率分别是6.4%,8.2%,5.7%,4.5%,6.3%和11.0%。其中多头蚴的寄生部位是心肌、舌肌、瘤胃、颈部、腹部、前肢和后肢。通过DNAstar分析,从湘西山羊体内分离得到的绦虫蚴头节的基因片段与多头带绦虫头节的基因片段的同源性达97.9%,据此确定湘西山羊的多头蚴属于多头带绦虫的幼虫。 The prevalence and identification of Coenurus in goats from Xiang-xi region in Hunan were studied by clinical diagnosis and PCR. The result showed that the infection rates of 6 sheepfolds (Ai-zhai of Ji-shou, Ji-lue of Ji-shou, Wang-cun of Yong Shun, Gu-zhang, Pu-rong of Bao-jing and Ba-mao of Bao-jing) was 6.4%, 8.2%, 5.7%, 4.5%, 6.3% and 11.0%, respectively. The parasitic positions were cardiac muscle, musculi linguae, rumen, musculi colli, abdomen, forelimb and gaskin. The homology of amplified sequence with Taenia multiceps scolex gene is 97.9%. Based on the epidemiology and gene analysis, the Coenurus in the goats of Xiang-xi belongs to the larva of Taenia multiceps.
