Epstein-Barr病毒相关胃癌的研究概况 被引量：4

摘要 Epstein．Barr病毒（Epstein—Barr virus，EBV）是一种DNA病毒，90％以上的人在幼儿期就感染EBV，并终身携带。流行病学、血清学及分子生物学的研究表明，EBV与人类多种疾病密切相关，包括鼻咽癌、传染性单核细胞增多症、伯基特淋巴瘤和肝癌等。近年来越来越多的学者证实部分类型的胃癌发生与EBV感染有关。
