摘要
研究了凹凸棒土填充硬质PVC塑料的力学性能、阻燃性和耐热性，结果表明：塑料的阻燃性随凹凸棒土填充量的增加而提高；当凹凸棒土填充量小于10份时，塑料的拉伸强度、冲击强度和耐热性随其填充量增加而增加。经过偶联列处理的凹凸棒土作为硬质聚氯乙烯型材的填料在技术上是可行的。
The fire retardance,thermotolerance and mechanical properties of the attapulgite filled rigid PVC plastics were stUdied. The results showed that the fire retardance increased with theIncreasing of attapulgite filled. When attapulgite≤10 pasts, the tensile strength, impact strength and thermotolerance increased with the increasing of attapulgite filled. Though the experiments, it is feasible in technology to use attapulgite treated with coupling agents as filler of rigid PVC profiles.
