摘要
运用基于有限元的疲劳寿命分析方法对前横梁疲劳寿命进行预测,模拟前横梁试验条件下的疲劳载荷,借助疲劳寿命分析软件(MSC-Fatigue)估算出前横梁各部分的疲劳损伤情况。预测前横梁的寿命,并通过计算结果与试验结果的对比与分析,验证了有限元计算模型的正确性,从而说明通过有限元方法来对结构零件进行疲劳寿命预测是可行的,也是很有必要的,从而大大推进产品的开发进度。
Fatigue life of front erossmember is analyzed in this paper based on the finite element technology. The professional fatigue soft (MSC-Fatigue) is applied to predict the distribution of fatigue damnification under the experiment condition. Then, the fatigue life of front crossmember is predicted. With the contrast and analysis of calculation and test results,the correctness of the FEA model is validated. So it is feasible and very necessary to predict the fatigue life of the structure components, then the development procedure of the products is greatly promoted.
