6110A柴油机减速迟缓问题研究

摘要 针对装配6A95Z20型喷油泵的6110A型柴油机在工作过程中减速迟缓的现象,在实验室对因减速迟缓而维修的6A95Z20型喷油泵进行了试验。结合试验数据分析认为,故障是由于在怠速停供位置时,油泵柱塞的停油直槽与柱塞套筒回油孔重合度存在偏差造成的。提出了修改调速特性曲线、改进喷油泵的柱塞结构和调整怠速弹簧长度的解决措施。经过走行试验,修理后发动机的动力性、经济性和运转平稳性均表现良好。 According to deceleration retardation phenomenon when the 6110A type diesel engine which was assembled 6A95Z20 type fuel pump operates, the fuel pump was tested in laboratory. Deviation of coincidence degree between the stop fuel direct groove of plunger and fuel return hole of plunger sleeve is the reason by analyzing the experimental data. The modification of gevernor characteristic curve,improvement of phmger structure and adjustment of idle spring were used in order to solve deviation. The power, economy and running stability are good after repairing engine by running experiments.
