摘要
折边锥形封头是压力容器中的常用零件,如何比较准确地计算折边锥形封头的展开尺寸是封头下料时经常遇到的问题。折边锥形封头是由焊制的空心正圆台压制成型的,成型后的封头可分为大端折边段、中间锥体段及小端折边段三部分或大端折边段或锥体两部分。制作折边锥形封头的坯料形状应为扇环面(如图1),锥体段与成型前的空心正圆台具有相同的锥顶角。
Several formulas to calculate the lofting size of toriconical heads was presented in this article. These formulas has been proved by past experience to be very useful. Thus, they can be recommended for practical use.
