Improvement of Cross Tube Structure at Bottom of Gas Creative Furnace

对造气下行煤气管破坏进行了分析,对原设计造气炉底部四通管进行了探讨并提出了改进方案。改进后下行煤气管由使用大半年提高到一年半,经检测仍可使用。

The source of the rupture of the gas piping in the down stream of the gas creative system was analyzed in the article. The cross tube structure at the bottom of the gas creative furnace was discussed, and improvement scheme was presented. After improve-ment, the life of the piping in the down stream has increased from a little more half year to one and half year. The piping can be continued to use after the approval of the inspection.
