摘要
采用极限氧指数法测定了阻燃粘胶纤维的阻燃性能;采用热重分析法研究了普通粘胶纤维和阻燃粘胶纤维的热稳定性及热降解表观活化能,初步探讨了阻燃粘胶纤维的热降解机理。结果表明,加入阻燃剂后,纤维的极限氧指数由19.5%增加到34.0%,且残留量由6.41%增加到20.67%。阻燃剂在纤维降解中凝聚相作用明显,降解后,阻燃剂主要残留在残渣里。
The flame retardancy of flame retardant viscose fiber was measured by limiting oxygen index method. The thermal stability and the apparent activation energy of thermal degradation was studied for viscose fiber and flame retardant viscose fiber by thermogravimetric analysis. The thermal degradation mechanism of flame retardant viscose fiber was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the limiting oxygen index of the fiber was increased to 34.0% from 19.5%, the char residue was increased to 20.67% from 6.41% after incorporating flame retardant. The flame retardant acted greatly in condensed phase during the fiber degradation and remained mainly in residues after degradation.
