摘要
探讨了粘胶长丝纺丝车间空调通风量的计算方法,分析了2kt/a粘胶长丝纺丝车间的通风效果。提出粘胶长丝纺丝车间空调通风系统,应以满足车间内有毒有害气体浓度低于国家安全卫生标准或行业标准,兼顾降低空调能耗来进行设计。空调送风量按照纺丝机在1个工作日内或1个落丝周期内,毒气排放系统处于开启时间和封闭时间分段计算,取其平均值。该通风量小于按实验法和类比法确定的通风量。空调通风系统送风方式改为上、下送风方式,增强纺丝机拉窗的密封性及以新鲜空气对毒气的扰动,能够增强粘胶长丝车间的毒气排放效果。
The calculation of ventilation rate was discussed for air conditioning and ventilation system of viscose filament work- shop. The ventilation efficiency was analyzed for a 2 kt/a viscose filament workshop. It was pointed out that the design of air conditioning and ventilation system should satisfy the requirement of toxic gas concentration lower than national safety and sanitary standard or industry standard and should be tailored for the purpose of energy consumption reduction. The supply air rate was calculated piecewise according to the time span of the operation and non-operation periods of the exhaust system during a working day or a doffing period of the spinning machine and was determined by average time span of both periods. The supply air rate calculated in this way was lower than those determined by analogy methods or experimental methods. The toxic gas exhaust efficiency can also be greatly improved by altering the air supply method into upper and lower air supply, enhancing the sealing of the pull window of spinning machine and disturbing the flow of toxic and harmful gas with fresh air.
