摘要
合成丙烯酸树脂时加入一种特殊功能性单体，可制得低粘度的高固体分丙烯酸树脂。分析了该特殊功能性单体用量、树脂的理论Ｔｇ、溶剂组成与树脂粘度的关系。讨论了该低粘度高固体分树脂与ＨＤＩ缩二脲及ＴＤＩ－ＴＭＰ加成物配制的涂料性能。
A low viscosity high solid acrylic resin has been developed with addition of a special functional monomer The dependence of viscosity of the resin on the level of special functional monomer,theoretical Tg of resin and solvent blend composition was discussed The properties of the coating formulated with this low viscosity high solid resin and HDI biurea or TDI-TMP adduct were also discussed
