摘要
高压变换气气提法生产尿素与CO_2气提法相似,但可取代合成氨的脱除CO_2和再生及尿素的CO_2压缩工序。本文介绍我国高压变换气气提法尿素工艺,以及采用此工艺将300kt/a合成氨改扩至500kt/a,并增产300kt/a尿素的设计。
Using Hp shift gas to stripping urea production, which is similar to C02 stripping method, the section of CO2 removal and regeneration, C02 compression section can be deleted. Domestic application of this process is introduced, A revamping design schema of 300 kt/a ammonia using this process is put forward, in which ammonia capacity can be increased about 300 kt/a, and urea capacity can be enlarged about 500 kt/a.
