摘要
简要介绍离子膜法电解系统中氯酸盐的产生及去除方法,并根据氯酸盐分解的优化控制经验,提出在正常情况下氯酸盐分解的控制指标及其在异常情况下的调整办法。比较了两种真空脱氯方式下氯酸盐的分解工艺。
The formation of chlorate in ion - exchange membrane electrolytic system is introduced briefly as well as its removal method. On the basis of the experiences in optimally controlling decomposition of chlorate, the control indexes under normal situation and the method of adjusting the indexes under abnormal situation are put forward. The decomposition processes of chlorate by two kinds of chlorine desorption under vacuum are compared.
