摘要
研究了胶粉的壳改性理论,即胶粉-基质胶间合理过渡层交联结构及形成机理。采用扫描电镜-电子能谱和扫描电镜-X射线波谱技术,通过检测胶粉-基质胶相界面间的硫浓度来表征两相界面过渡层的交联结构特征。依据防硫迁移、调节共硫化速度和增强表面活性等壳改性手段,可使活化胶粉共混胶料的相界面键接强度及应力松弛特性达到综合平衡,从而保证胶粉胶料的静、动态性能达到较佳水平。
The shell modification theory of waste rubber powder(WRP),including the shape of the interim layer structure between WRP and the matrix and its formation mechanism,was studied.The crosslinking structure of the boundary layer of WRP compounds was characterized by determing the concentration of sulfur of the boundary layer by scanning electron microscope,electron energy spectrum and X-ray wave spectrum.The shell modification consisted of the prevention of sulfur remove, the regulation of co-cure rate and the activation increase of the WRP surface.The nucleus-shell modified WRP,named activated WRP(AWRP),could make the crosslinking bond strength and stress relaxation property of its blend boundary layer get overall balance,and the compounds with AWRP had high static and dynamic properties.
