种子乳液共聚合聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯胶乳粒子的“反相核-壳”结构 被引量:15

摘要 以聚氨酯(PU)乳液为种子,对丙烯酸酯进行种子乳液共聚合,所得胶乳粒子用透射电镜观察,表明胶乳粒子为“反相核-壳”结构,PU相为壳,聚丙烯酸酯(PA)相为核;从外壳到核,PU相逐渐减少,而PA相逐渐增多。种子乳液共聚合时,连续加料制得的胶乳粒子中PU相在外壳较多,而半连续加料的则较少。 The seeding emulsion copolymerization of polyurethane(PU) and polyacrylate(PA) was studied with PU emulsion as seed.The PU/PA latex particles were measured by TEM.The result showed that the latex particles were “inverted”core-shell structure with PU phase as shell and PA phase as core.The PU phase decreased gradually and PA phase increased from shell to core.The PU phase was more in PU/PA latex particles by continuous charging than by semi-continuous charging.
