摘要
用浓硫酸作磺化剂,加入适量的磺化催化剂,采用正交实验法筛选出了制备有较高磺化度的磺化聚醚酮酮的最优条件,得到了磺化度为2.28meq/g的磺化聚醚酮酮,与正交法预期的结果一致。WAXD谱图表明,此时磺化聚醚酮酮是一种无定型聚合物。
The influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, PEKK concentration in concentrated sulfuric acid and sulponation catalyst mass on the sulphonated degree of SPEKK has been studied by orthoexperiment method. Higher sulphonated degree SPEKK with 2.28 meq/g is prepared under the excellent sulphonation condition we choosed. It is shown in amorphous form by WAXD.
