摘要
通过平板模具中环氧树脂固化反应(MY790+3DCM)的动力学分析和传热分析,建立动力学模型和传热学模型,并将二者结合建立热-化学模型。任意给定模型中难测参数的初值,用有限差分法给出方程的数值解,得到理论上平板模具中环氧树脂固化反应过程的温度分布。与实测的平板模具中固化反应过程的温度分布进行比较,根据偏差修正参数,再进行计算。重复该过程,最终得到理论值与实测值具有最小偏差时的难测参数值。实测结果表明,这种模型计算与实验间接测定相结合的参数测定方法,在环氧树脂固化反应难测参数的测定中可行,测定结果可信。
The process of cure has been studied for a kind of epoxy resin(MY790+3DCM).Experiments were carried out by using a thin flat metal mould heated in silicone oil.A numerical model was built in order to describe the process of cure.The emphasis of this study was to determine some parameters which were difficult to measure in the process of cure. The parameters difficult to measure were obtained by combining experiment with calculation with the help of model. The results indicated that determination of hardlymeasured parameters by this method to be effective.
