单螺杆挤出中的环向压力波动与粘度和产量的关系 被引量:1

摘要 针对单螺杆挤出中的浅螺槽熔体流动特性,假设熔体为牛顿流体,推导并获得了机筒固定点上的压力波动与粘度、产量和压力梯度的关系,根据这些公式,利用一点的压力情况即可预测挤出的产量和挤出的压力梯度或者在已知产量的情况下预测粘度。本文详细讨论了螺槽深度对计算结果的影响,计算表明,在浅螺槽时计算结果是良好的。 On the basis of fluid characteristics of melt in shallow channel of singlescrew extruder, the relations of pressure flluctuation and the output, viscosity and pressure gradient of single screw extrusion were deduced and obtained. With these formulas, the extrusive output and pressure gradient can be calculated by the pressure of one point, and the average viscosity of polymer can been obtained when the output is known. The influence of channel depth has been discussed, the results show that the method is suited to the shallow channel, and some extrusive information can be known with the method.
