益肾固崩汤治疗尿崩症32例临床疗效观察

Chinical Observation of Yishen Gubeng Decoction in Treating 32 Cases of Diabetes Insipidus

目的:观察中药益肾固崩汤治疗尿崩症的疗效与安全性。方法:将32例尿崩症患者,根据戴自英主编的《实用内科学》(第9版)尿崩症的诊断标准确定诊断。确诊后均投以益肾固崩汤为基础方,结合临床表现予以加减化裁。结果:治愈19例,占60%;有效10例,占31%;无效3例,占9%;总有效率为91%。全部患者服药过程中无不良反应。结论:益肾固崩汤治疗尿崩症疗效显著,无毒副作用。

Objective：To observe the curative effects and security of Yishen Gubeng Decoction of Chinese medicine in treating diabetes insipidus. Methods ：32 diabetes insipidus patients ,were administered with Yishen Gubeng Decoction as a foundation. Re- su/ts：19 patients 60% among all, were completely recovered, 10 patient ,31% amovng all, were improved;and the condition of pa- tients ,9% amoung all, didn t answer to the administration of Yichen Gubeng Decoction. Conclusion：Yishen Gubeng Decoction can be used to treat diabetes insipidus effectively without obvious sids effect.
