摘要
目的:观察复方高原春颗粒对实验性大鼠抗氧化作用的影响。方法:将SD大鼠27只随机分为常氧组、低氧组和复方高原春颗粒组(以下简称药物组),将药物组和低氧组按时入低压舱减压至0.06MPa,5h后减压出舱,测定每组大鼠脑匀浆氧自由基的变化。结果:与低氧组相比药物组有增加谷胱甘肽(GGH)含量,提高过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GGH-PX)活性的作用(P<0.01)。结论:复方高原春颗粒具有低压低氧条件下提高抗氧化酶活力,清除大鼠脑自由基作用。
Objective :To observe the antioxidant effects of combinational gaoyuanehun grain on the rats. Methods:27 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal oxygen group, hypoxia group and combinational gaoyuanchun grain group (The follow- ing named remedy group). Put remedy group and and hypoxia group to decompressure chamber on time, decrease pressure to 0. 06MPa,moved them out of decompression chamber 5 hours latter, and determined rats brains oxygen freee radical changes of each group. Results : We compared hypoxia group with the remedy group. The latter has the function of increasing GSH content, improving CAT and GSH - PX activity ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The combinational gaoyuanchun grain has the function to improve the antioxidase activity under the hypopiesia and hypoxia condition, eliminate the rats brain free radical.
