摘要 在1GPa以上的高机械压力作用下,ZA27合金的力学性能发生较为明显的变化。通过金相分析、硬度检测、X射线等手段,揭示不同机械压力作用下ZA27合金力学性能的变化规律。试验结果表明:晶粒直径越小,屈服强度越大,抗拉强度随着二次枝晶臂间距的减小而增大,压力为1GPa、2GPa、3GPa、4GPa、5GPa时的硬度值分别比常压提高了13.1%、30%、39.1%、52.1%、64.9%。 Mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy obviously change under high mechanical pressure over 1 GPa. The metallographic microscope, hardness test and XRD were employed to reveal the changing rule of mechanical properties of ZA27 alloy under different pressures. The results show that the secondary dendrite arm spacing decreases while the yield strength and tensile strength increase with the reducing grain size, and compared with that under normal pressure, the hardness values under 1 GPa, 2 GPa, 3 GPa, 4 GPa and 5 GPa increased 13.1%, 30%, 39.1%, 52.1%, 64.9%, respectively.
