摘要
针对轮形铸钢件,用数值模拟的方法,计算并对比分析了两种铸造工艺方案下铸件的凝固过程,根据液相分布的动态过程比较了不同工艺方案下铸件的缩孔分布及工艺出品率,为该件的顺利生产奠定了基础。
Based on the CAE technology, the solidification processes of cricoid steel castings with two different casting technologies were studied, and the distribution of shrinkage and process yield of the castings under different conditions were compared according to the dynamic distribution of the liquid phase, which established a foundation for the successful production of the castings.
