摘要
在现有呋喃树脂合成工艺的基础上,考察酮醛改性自硬呋喃树脂工艺条件:丙酮与额外添加甲醛量、糠醇含量、糠醇添加方式对改性呋喃树脂砂强度的影响,从而得出酮醛改性呋喃树脂合成的最佳工艺条件,并且利用红外光谱对丙酮与甲醛反应产物以及它们与糠醇反应产物的结构进行分析,从而得出酮醛改性呋喃树脂反应机理。
Synthetic technology condition of modified furan resin by ketone-formaldehyde resin was studied on the base of existing synthetic technology, including effect of the proportion of acetone and accessional formaldehyde, the content and adding method of furfural alcohol on strength of modified furan resin. Consequently the optimal synthetic technology of modified furan resin was obtained, the reaction products of ketone and formaldehyde as well as ketone and furfural were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (IR), and sequentially the reaction mechanism of modified furan resin by ketone-formaldehyde resin was obtained.
