摘要
从铁液中微量元素、铸铁遗传性、工艺设计等多角度综合分析了铸造多缸连体缸盖出现缩松缺陷的原因,并结合实际提出解决方案。
The different causes of dispersed shrinkage, for example, the trace element of iron melt, cast-iron heredity and process design, were analyzed during the casting process of diesel engine multi-cylinder head. The solution measures basing on experience and practice were given.
