摘要 为降低成本,减少环境污染,对纯棉、粘胶、涤棉混纺品种上浆进行了少用、不用PVA的浆纱实践。通过优化调浆操作方法,对比各品种不同浆料配方情况下的浆纱效果、织造效果及用浆成本,认为以变性淀粉、丙烯酸类浆料为主浆料对纯棉、粘胶、涤棉混纺品种进行上浆,部分或完全取代PVA,浆纱质量良好,可降低织机断经次数,降低用浆成本。 To reduce cost and environment pollution,using less PVA or no use PVA sizing practice were carried out on pure cotton product, pure viscose product and polyester cotton blended product. Through optimizing sizing operational method, each kinds of sizing effect, weaving effect and size mixture cost when using different sizing instruction were contrasted. It is considered that sizing effect is better,fabric warp breakage could be reduced and sizing cost could be decreased when replacing PVA partially or completely through taking modified starch,acrylic size mixture as main size mixture.
