钾通道开放剂治疗逼尿肌过度活动症的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 逼尿肌过度活动症的发病机制尚不清楚,治疗困难。钾通道开放剂仅抑制膀胱的无抑制收缩,而不影响排尿期逼尿肌的反射性收缩,因此得到人们的重视。但钾通道开放剂在处理逼尿肌过度活动症的应用,还较缺乏临床的支持。
