摘要
目的观察新西兰兔泌尿道自体神经的发育过程和分布状况。方法选择胎龄为2、3、3.5周和出生后1、4、8、12周的动物为实验对象,在泌尿道的不同部位分别取材,采用免疫组化染色方法观察排尿管道管壁上神经丛和神经节的分布状况。结果排尿管道肌间神经丛和神经节细胞最早出现于胚胎3周阶段。随着生长发育,肾盂和输尿管的肌间神经纤维逐渐减少,至出生后8周完全消失;而膀胱和后尿道的肌间神经纤维始终存在。结论上、下尿路肌间神经的发育和分布情况不同,值得进一步研究。
Objective To understand the development and distribution of neuronal tissue in urinary system. Methods New Zealand Rabbits fetuses of 2 w, 3 w, 3.5 w-gestational ages, and new born pups of 1 w, 4 w,8 w, 12 w-of age were studied. Samples were collected from various sites of the urinary tracts. Irnmunohistoehemical staining performed to localize the nervous plexus and neurogan- glia. Results Myenterie plexus and ganglia first appeared at the gestational age of 3 w. They decreased in the pelvis and ureter fetuses mature. At the end of 8 w post-natally, all the nervous tissue disappeared. But nerves persist in the bladder and posterior urethra. Conclusions The development and distribution of neuronal tissue is different between the upper and lower urinary tracts.
