夜间遗尿症患儿认知程度及心理障碍研究进展

摘要
夜间遗尿症（nocturnal enuresis，NE）是指5岁以上儿童夜间睡眠中间断发生的尿失禁。虽然NE为自愈性疾病，但7岁学龄时发生率高达10％左右，约2％持续至成人仍不能缓解。无论NE是否最终自愈，均可导致患儿出现多种心理障碍。完好心理发育对于儿童的正常成长尤为重要，为提高医生及社会对NE患儿心理问题关注，本文就NE认知程度、就诊现状和心理障碍及其治疗研究进展综述。
