钛膜在上颌前牙区骨缺损延期即刻种植术中的临床应用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过钛膜在前牙区骨缺损的延期即刻种植术的应用,观察其成骨效果。方法:选取12例前牙区骨缺损病例,拔除患牙4~6周后,植入种植体,钛膜覆盖骨缺损区,6个月后二期手术观察成骨效果并完成冠修复。结果:共植入Frialit-2种植体16个,钛膜19片。2片钛膜术后2周发生部分暴露,予以再次缝合关闭创面。其余钛膜固位良好。术后6个月成骨效果满意。16个种植体均稳固,修复效果良好。结论:钛膜具有良好的引导骨再生作用,在前牙区骨缺损延期即刻种植中可发挥良好的成骨作用。 Objective: To observe the osteogenesis effect of titanium membrane in the use of delayed immediate implant in anterior teeth region. Method: 12 cases with bone defect in anterior teeth were selected. Dental implants were placed 4-6 weeks after teeth extraction. The bone defect was covered by titanium membrane simultaneously. Osteogenesis effect was observed and final restoration was made in secondary operation after 6 months. Result: 16 Frialit-2 implants and 19 titanium membranes were placed in the anterior of maxillary anterior region. 2 titanium membranes exposed partially in the oral cavity and the wound surfaces were closed by suture again. The other titanium membranes retained fine. Osteogenesis effect was satisfactory 6 months after primary operations. All the implants are stable and the restoration effect is satisfactory. Conclusion: The titanium membrane has excellent effect of guided bone regeneration and it plays a favorable osteogenesis effect in the use of delayed immediate implant in anterior teeth region.
