骨桥蛋白与口腔颌面部疾病关系的研究进展

摘要
骨桥蛋白是最早从骨基质分离出的一种富含唾液酸的磷酸化糖蛋白,广泛存在于多种器官组织中,既是一种重要的细胞外基质蛋白,也是一种重要的细胞因子。在骨组织矿化、细胞粘附、细胞免疫和血管再塑等方面具有多种生物学功能,并与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后相关。本文就骨桥蛋白在口腔颌面疾病尤其是在牙周炎和口腔肿瘤方面的研究进展进行综述。
