摘要
作者首次提出并研制了一种双π型结构的驻波型压电超声波直线电机。本文系统介绍该新型电机的结构特点、工作原理、分析设计方法以及驱动控制方法,并通过原理样机的实验研究证实其合理性和可行性。
A novel double π type linear piezoelectric ultrasonic motor,in which the vibrator is also the mover and the pre pressure is supplied by magnetic force instead of a spring as usual,is developed.The details,such as basic constructuion,operation principle,analysis method and design criteria and so on,are presented.A prototype motor is built and some essential experimental results are obtained.
